40x oil images were acquired using a Quroum WaveFX-X1 spinning disc confocal system (Quorum Technologies, Inc., Guelph, Canada). Green is acetylated tubulin (1:5000) and red is Sox10 (1:1000). Secondaries were AlexaFluor (488 and 568 - 1:200).

Acetylated tubulin labels neurons and axons within the spinal cord as well as ventrally exiting motor nerves. Sox10 labels oligodendrocyte progenitor cells in the spinal cord and Schwann cells associated with motor axons.
