Happy Holidays from the Kucenas Lab. We've had an amazing year and are looking forward to even more discovery and success in 2019!
I am honored and humbled to have not only been nominated by my amazing group for this award, but also to have actually been selected as an awardee. This is a very special honor, and is by far, the one I am most proud of. Mentoring for me is a privilege, and I feel so lucky to not only have been mentored by amazing scientists myself (Bruce Appel, Mark Voigt and countless other "informal" mentors), but to have trainees who trust me enough to mentor them.
Taylor publicly defended her dissertation today entitled "A tale of two nervous systems: mechanisms regulating glial migration across nervous system boundaries."
Congratulations and best of luck in the future!
